Zap Zap Math, developed by Visual Math Interactive, is a math-based ecosystem which constantly innovates on the best education practices. Ng Wei Chong, being the pioneer to Zap Zap Math, was a Math teacher in Singapore who found that kids struggled with worksheets that were one dimensional. The then thought about combining play time with higher order thinking mathematics.
The gamified math ecosystem, which now has just over 150 games for grades K-6, continues to have a growing momentum by innovating new critical thinking and problem-solving games for Grades 7 and beyond.

Zap Zap Math has now leveraged on their Pilot Classroom program. Hannah, being the Pilot Teacher Support mentioned that, “You will be in good company as Zap Zap Math is being piloted in over 100 schools right now, we want to forge better connectivity between teachers and students. Not to mention, we have dedicated teacher support systems to help you in every way possible”.
The Web Dashboard with measurable real-time results makes it easy for teachers to keep track of their students’ progress throughout.
Zap Zap Math is now looking at avenues to adding more value to the universe such as reward systems to encourage kids to unlock more fun features, and also a parent/teacher portal in the app for enhanced interactivity.
